The Arcade Building was one of the first buildings constructed at Ayrsley and served as a model for many of the buildings that followed. The three-story 60,000 SF office-over-retail building showcases a unique pedestrian friendly design with a European style arcade passing through its center. The ground floor features a mix of restaurants and retail while the upper floors house 44,000 SF of Class-A office space.
