The salon will offer hair services including cut, color, & certified luxury extensions. Fern & Ivy’s goal is to exceed their guest’s expectations with outstanding salon services while also making you feel among friends. Construction is set to begin immediately. Fern & Ivy is set to open in Q4 2020.
El Puro Cuban Restaurant SIGNS NEW LEASE AT MADISON CORNERS
El Puro Cuban Restaurant will occupy 5,500 square feet of retail space located at 5033 South Blvd., Suite H, in the neighborhood retail center. El Puro Cuban Restaurant will offer a taste of Old Havana in a lively-glamorous setting with happy hours, live entertainment, and hand-rolled cigars. Dishes are inspired by family recipes and staples of Cuban Cuisine. Construction on El Puro will begin immediately. This will be the restaurant’s second restaurant concept. They currently have a restaurant in Concord, North Carolina, Havana Carolina. El Puro Cuban Restaurant is set to open by Q2 2021.
Grithause CrossFit CLT SIGNS NEW LEASE AT MADISON CORNERS
The Grithaus CrossFit CLT will occupy 5,200 square feet of retail space located at 5033 South Blvd., Suite A, in the neighborhood retail center. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability. Workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness. The Grithaus CrossFit CLT’s new location is set to open by Q3 2020.
The Auto Pour (T.A.P.) will occupy 2,906 square feet of retail space located at 5033 South Blvd., Suite O, in the neighborhood retail center. The Auto Pour’s self-serve tasting room offers new & innovate technology with taps that provide mere ounces for a tasting, half glass & full glass, all with the swipe of a customer’s stored value card. Guests can choose from a variety of wine, beer and hard cider. Technology is provided by Napa Technology WineStation and Pour My Beer Technology.
