This Privacy Notice (this “Privacy Notice”), effective as of July 21, 2020, is provided by New Forum, Inc., individually and on behalf of its affiliates (collectively, “New Forum” or “we” or “us”).   • Participating in any rewards program offered by New Forum or any of its affiliates, including by enrolling in the program or by earning or redeeming rewards;

  • Joining a New Forum email list;

  • Visiting any New Forum website, using any New Forum mobile application, or viewing New Forum online advertisements; or

  • Participating in a New Forum sponsored marketing survey, promotion or event.

We may collect personal information about our consumers from a variety of sources, including information collected through the New Forum Services and information that we collect directly from you. The information we collect may include your name, address, email address, date of birth, gender, transaction information and, in some instances, and credit card information. In addition, we may collect information about our consumers from other commercially available sources.

We may use your collected information for our legitimate business purposes, which may include sharing such information with certain third parties in furtherance of those business purposes. However, we do not sell personal information to marketing companies outside of New Forum. We may also share your information when required to comply with obligations under applicable law or other obligations to government authorities.

When you voluntarily give us your personal contact information, we, or our Purchasers, may use this information to contact you directly. If contacted by email, you can opt-out of receiving future emails from us at any time by following the instructions set forth in the email.

In addition, in the event we sell or have sold any of our restaurants, or one or more of our restaurant brands or concepts, to a third party (the “Purchaser”), we may share a copy of your collected information with the Purchaser in connection with such sale. Before providing your information to the Purchaser, we will provide notice of the sale on our website and, using the email address we have on file for you.

This website is not targeted to or intended to be used or accessed by children under the age of 13, and New Forum does not knowingly obtain information from children without first obtaining parental consent in accordance with applicable laws like the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. New Forum does not knowingly use personal information from children for any purpose except to deliver the products that are designed to offer family services. In addition, New Forum does not knowingly collect information from minors under the age of 21.

The use of cookies is standard on the Internet and many major web sites use them.
