New Forum Partners has announced its latest acquisition of Eastway Square, a 141,049 square-foot shopping center located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Eastway Square is a highly visible center anchored by Food Lion, Ross Dress for Less and Its Fashion Metro on 14.7 acres. The neighborhood shopping center is 100% occupied and located at 3211 Eastway Drive, Charlotte, NC 28205. “The accelerated growth of the neighboring communities in Windsor Park and Commonwealth Park fueled by the popularity in Plaza Midwood has us excited about the Central Avenue corridor,” said William Hodges, Managing Partner at New Forum Partners, “Eastway Square provides us a well-positioned asset with long-term stability with which we are able to access this growing part of an already fast-growing city.”

New Forum Partners sourced the deal off-market from the seller BC Wood Properties out of Lexington, Kentucky. Atlantic Union Bank provided debt for the acquisition.
