Integral Performance Training Signs Lease at Madison Corners
New Forum acquisition, Madison Corners in Madison Park, signs new lease

Integral Performance Training (IPT), a performance training gym has signed a lease at Madison Corners. IPT intends to establish a new paradigm in personal training. IPT will create this precedent in training by providing an experience that is a fun, personable, customized, and accommodating experience.

IPT will occupy 1,135 square feet of retail space located at 5033 South Blvd, Suite N in the neighborhood retail center. IPT prides itself on being the most accommodating training facility in the industry. The team focuses on using science (kinesiology) to make art. A personalized program is created to meet the needs and wants of the client. IPT promotes a culture that revolves around building long-term relationships, developing consistency in your training, and helping prevent injuries, ultimately enhancing results. Moreover, IPT can guarantee that you can improve while working around your body limitations, and eventually mitigate these limitations over time.

“Movement is medicine,” says Mike Clark, Co-Founder & Owner of Integral Performance Training. “We focus on the individual needs of each of our clients. We are very intentional and goal-based in our approach. We want to transform the fitness industry in Charlotte so our clients can receive the full experience and value of what your body needs to be the best you.”

IPT also prides itself as The Safest Covid-19 Gym in Charlotte. IPT guarantees this promise by complying with the Covid-19 protocols, using a Synexis system, constant sterilization, and optional outdoor sessions if requested by the client(s).

IPT is the home for three schools of training: Performance Institute, Performance League, and Performance Corps. The Performance Institute specializes in general fitness, corrective exercise, and weight/fat loss. The Performance League specializes in athletic performance ranging from school-age to professional athletes. Lastly, the Performance Corps works directly with corporations and other small businesses in the Charlotte area that are interested in corporate wellness programs for their employees.

“Our focus is on the individual, which is why it’s so important we keep our training groups small. One-on-one, semi-private and development programs are how we can ensure we’re keeping our clients safe and giving them the experience, they deserve,” said Nick Lamach, Co-Founder & Owner, IPT.

Training will focus on 1-on-1, Semi-Private, and Athlete Group Training. Group classes will never exceed more than capacity. IPT is set to open in mid-May of 2021.

Jay Mitchener of Thrift Commercial represented the landlord on the lease transaction. Juan Pablo Vidal Garcia at HL Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
